Privacy Policy

1. Data We Process
We process account identifiers (email, Firebase UID), plan preferences you submit, and recommendation outputs you choose to save.
2. Health-Data Scope and HIPAA Notice
Your health quiz answers (age, sex, conditions, medications, goals) are processed on your device and through our AI to generate recommendations. This data may count as health information but is not stored in a system that meets HIPAA medical-privacy standards. This product is not HIPAA-compliant and should not be used for sensitive medical records that require HIPAA protection.
3. How Data Is Used
Data is used to log you in, generate your personalized health recommendations, and save plans to your account. We do not sell personal data. We do not serve advertising. We do not share health questionnaire responses with third parties.
4. Third-Party Processors
Authentication is provided through Firebase. Its independent terms and privacy policies apply to that service.
5. Security and Retention
We apply reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. Data is retained only for active account operations and legal obligations.
6. Your Controls
You can request account-data deletion from the account page. Deletion removes data from our servers but may not remove records maintained independently by third-party providers (e.g., Firebase authentication logs).
7. Policy Updates
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated with a new effective date.
